Brave fans hit it out of the park

It’s official. The Richmond Braves, a AAA minor team for the Atlanta Braves, have successfully entered the Guinness World Records, thus unseating Gorham Maine, for the most amount of people simultaneously wearing groucho glasses at the same time (2,513). See our previous groucho entries. The fact that we are only about an hour west of Richmond makes it even nicer.
It should be noted for anyone else thinking about doing this, that several attempts by other organizations were made between the two records being set, but went uncertified, and that even with the amount of documentation here it still took over 4 months. It is extremely important to get documentation when you are attempting any type of Guinness Record, groucho or otherwise. We couldn’t tell you how many of these events we supply each summer, yet the record only gets broken about once each year.

The last thing we want to do is sell you a ton of something you don’t need and will most likely return in the end anyway. That costs both of us money. Of course you can return nearly any item (even 2,000 of something), with very few exceptions, you just may not qualify for a refund on shipping, and we aren’t going to reimburse your return shipping if you ordered too much.
