We really weren’t kidding when we said we had every intention to write a post every time we find that someone has stolen our images and/or descriptions. And we weren’t kidding when we said that we could write a post per day about this problem. In fact there are so many we now have a special folder to house all of the bookmarked, and the only reason those haven’t been posted here yet is because we are trying to mix things up a bit so the blog isn’t overrun by them.

So, to the few of you who do actually want to read our silly ramblings and such, we do apologize for these continual interruptions. These infringement posts will cease when people stop stealing our intellectual property. With that said, you can skip over these posts if you like — they are for specific webmasters to read anyway.

While they did steal our description (and even added a few of their own words), the one thing they didn’t do was steal Chris’s picture. And that is good for them because he is a big guy and he gets sensitive when people do that to him. Instead they stole that picture from another site which anyone can easily find. Anyone else find it funny ha-ha that the picture they have on the site is not any of the colors which they offer?

The morale of the story is, watermarks on images do prevent them from being taken because Chris’s pretty head would be on that site if not for ours. But remember kids, if you don’t overlay the watermark over the picture anyone can crop the bottom right out from under you. Not that it would matter to someone who stole that from someone else in the first place — just saying if it is worth doing, it is worth doing right.

(Editors note: freeware usually can’t overlay or blend in watermarks, you may want to look for the professional version of photoshop. It is on thepiratebay & elsewhere if you are so inclined to d/l it for free not that we condone such a thing).
