Subject: Subject
May 1st, 2008 @ 11:55 am by zymetricIf you are “shooting” an email to info / at / zymetrical.com for an information request, you don’t have to worry about punctuation. or grammar so long as it is readable. someone literally monitors that all day long and shoots back answers as quickly as possible. dozens and dozens some days. usually without mjch regard for punctuation or grammar themselves. the point is to answer product or other questions as quickly as possible. nevermind that many of those questions are answered in our help section or on the actual product page itself, we know that people sometimes overlook that or are in a hurry.
all we ask is that you send order questions to customer service (not info), and that you choose an apropriate subject, preferably something that pertains to what you are asking about so we can answer those as quickly & efficiently as possible. your email server/provider may work different but emails with blank subject lines don’t even make it past our spam filter, much less get read.
subject, is not a subject. that doesn’t even make sence.
