While many e-commerce companies and other organizations are just now getting into the blogging thing, and countless other companies have since stopped posting completely because they realized nobody actually reads company blogs — we are just getting started.

In 2008 we published 135 posts, compared to 26 in 2007, and in 2009 our fifth year at this, we promise even more. In 2009 there will be more coupons, ramblings, insights, coupons, product placement, videos, musings, coupons and other occasional behind the scenes scribblings or rants.

And this year we pledge to keep the product placement & self-deprecation to a minimum, while still making each post either witty or funny. Or at least read-able.

We have also made a number of improvements in performance, navigation, and cosmetic (in addition to the new logo). The most notable thing we added was a related posts plugin that creates and maintains an up-to-date database of all the posts, and displays the 3 most related posts at the bottom of each post. (example below).

2009 will be our biggest & most exciting year yet and we will be posting on some of that here.
