According to an article on crunchgear over the weekend, the two leading fart application developers for the iphone, iFart and Pull my finger, are going to duke it out on court. More details can be found on air-o-matic’s website (the maker of pull my finger), and on the maker of iFart’s website.

All kidding aside though, it appears that there may be a bit of substance here, as the USPTO actually granted “pull my finger” as a trademark. So… until this can be settled in an actual court, we suggest you use the phrase “pull my thumb” for the time being.
